  • 100 step-ups, 20», 15 kg
  • 100 burpees to target
  • 150 Russian KB Swing, 24/16 kg

In any order you want. And you may divide up as you want and do 10 of 1 exercise and move on to do 10 of another. But keep score!! Max calories pr time on the rower is 20!
