For any of the BBJO to count, the following has to be completed within the 30 min time frame:

  • 100 HR Push-Ups
  • 150 WB, 9/6 kg
  • 200 BJO, 24/20»
  • 150 Squats, 1 x 15 kg sandbag, 2 sync
  • 100 sec tucked L-Hang, 2 sync

Fitness:

  • 100 HR Push-Ups, on your knees
  • 150 WB, 9/6 (6/4) kg
  • 200 BJO/step-overs, 24/20»
  • 150 Squats, 15 kg, 2 sync
  • 100 sec tucked L-Hang, 2 sync

Advanced:

  • 100 HSPU’s
  • 150 WB, 9/6 kg
  • 200 BJO, 24/20»
  • 150 Squats, 15 kg, 2 sync
  • 100 sec L-Hang, 2 sync

1 person has to stand with the box at any time. If not the team will receive 15 down/up penalty.
