For any of the BBJO to count, the following has to be completed within the 30 min time frame:

- 150 Squats, 1 x 15 kg sandbag, 2 sync
- 100 sec tucked L-Hang, 2 sync
Fitness:

- 200 BJO/step-overs, 24/20»
- 150 Squats, 15 kg, 2 sync
- 100 sec tucked L-Hang, 2 sync
Advanced:

1 person has to stand with the box at any time. If not the team will receive 15 down/up penalty.
