Build up to 3 RM in deadlift

10 minutes on the timer after warm up.

Power Snatch Complex (7 Rounds for reps)

EMOM @ 7 min

  • 1 Power Snatch
  • 1 Hang Power Snatch

Between 70-80% of 1 RM, Change weights as you want but focus on technique.
