Fitness:

Headstand / HSH towards wall
Single crossovers
Strict knee raises
Pistol squats with support

Tabata Interval, Hang Power Snatch & STO (2 Rounds for reps)
  1. Hang Power Snatch, 40/30 kg, 8 x 20/10 sec
  2. STO, 40/30 kg, 8 x 20/10 sec

Result: Total reps from each movement. Each movement completed Tabata, before the next movement. For STO the barebell may be in front rack when the 20 sec begin. For Hang power snatch, the barebell starts from the ground for each interval.
